First they never called back, then when I called back they were determined to get my social even though I had two different policies with numbers and this is not required to provide. By law you do NOT have to provide this to healthcare provider. Guess I’m going somewhere else.

I’ve been coming to this dentist office for years, and the experience has always been excellent. Very clean and organized place . The dentist is very professional . Highly recommend.
