I know that most reviews for this business are very positive, and my family has used Dengler’s for years and years with no issue, but we recently had a very poor experience. The way that Gail Dengler (owner and supervisor) treated our family was unfortunately unprofessional and ignorant. I'm not one for reviews because sometimes it is so easily ruined by one small word but I want everyone to know how great these people are. My father passed away suddenly and very unexpectedly. He was 56 and never thought to prepare for his passing until at least 60. I called Dengler beacause of there location having no idea what to look for. Gail was helpful and compassionate for us, nothing he did went unnoticed. The appearance and presentation at the service was first rate and we were very proud. Highly recommend. Nice place for a viewing.

Due to the COVID Delta outbreak, Gail Dengler went above and beyond to make sure I was able to see my Uncle Bill's funeral.
