I always have such a great experience here. The team is welcoming, makes you feel comfortable with everything through explaining your options for dental treatment, and genuinely cares about their patients. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and organized. I also appreciate how smooth and efficient each visit is. I never feel rushed, but I’m also never left waiting long. Highly recommend!
If you have Medicaid, don’t bother going here, even if you have private insurance too. I have both Medicaid and Delta Dental, and clearly said I was only using my private insurance. They still refused to treat me. I understand that offices can be overwhelmed or worried about billing mistakes or going over their Medicaid panel, but I wasn’t trying to use Medicaid at all. Could not recommend this facility enough! They take the time to listen to your concerns, discuss your treatment options and have a great building to go along with it!
All they care about is how they can get money out of you for services they fail to adequately perform. Then when their work fails, you’re still expected to foot the bill.
