We had a large project, roof, siding, [a lot of] new windows, doors including several sliders and double French, front stoop and an oversized porch. We always envisioned it would be very difficult to find someone who would understand want we want to achieve while not having an endless budget. DeFrancesco's was amazing through the entire process. Listening, explaining and executing all while staying within our budget. We highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Steve made the process of remodeling our home a simple one. He came out and provided more than a quote...he listened to what we wanted and made suggestions based on his expertise (we went with all of them). We undertook a large remodel, replacing our roof, siding, all windows and doors. We also replaced our front steps and added matching covered steps to the back of the house and a roof over our garage entry door. We were thrilled that he uses local Harvey Building Products. They came through again after we had a real disaster. They did the basic roof in 2018 and completely rebuilt our roof from the walls up on 2021 bringing it up to code after a tree fell through our house. They finished in less time than expected and was within the estimate. The framing crew with George and Steve was courteous, professional and helpful. So glad we have a new roof before winter!
