Very Pleased! An amazingly positive experience working with Dan & his staff! We had visited a few estate attorneys prior to sitting down with Dan DeFio. We were desperate for a clear understanding in layman's terms how to move forward with estate planning. The kindness of the girl who answered the phone gave me a great first impression. Dan gave us a clear picture of all options with a little humor mixed in. It was smooth sailing all the way. We know we made the right choice and are so grateful!!!

I highly recommend DeFio Law Firm. I have been a client for over 10 years. Dan and his team have and continue to work with me regarding my will and estate plan after my husbands death. Over the years they have assisted me in making changes/tweaking my will. The DeFio Law Firm also helped in the probate process of my mother’s Will. Just recently they handled the closing of my home. DeFio Law Firm was a joy to deal with from the first phone call to ask about setting up a trust. Every other attorney that I called gave me a price over the phone with little to no knowledge of our wants or needs. DeFio Law insisted on a meeting first (no charge!). Others wanted to charge their hourly or a flat fee to meet first. At our meeting he gave me a price (very fair!) for the irrevocable trust. It is impossible to say enough good things about Mr. DeFio and the services he provides. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, communication skills, and ability to explain things to us in an easy to understand manner.
