Walking into Ace hardware in Deerfield Beach is like walking into my old hardware store in Jersey,
The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable with any questions that you toss at them.
Bill and Frank are amazing to deal with, the minute you walk in a big hello and a handshake.They appreciate each client that they serve.
We recently purchased a Traeger smoker and they walked us through each step to understand our new toy. They delivery and set up was seamless with Patrick as well.We really enjoy shopping there for all of our home needs
Much better than big box store where you are just a number.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE From the moment you walk in the door ! They always help you find what you came in to purchase, and help load your car with those heavy items. I never got this kind of service at other stores. I have been coming to Ace for years, and they always have what I'm looking for. This is the store to shop at if you want friendly people helping you, and get you on your way fast . I love this store . Connie

I have been going to this store for over 20 years. Recently purchased a Weber grill and after a couple moths it wouldn't start. I spoke to owner, Bill, and he was very helpful. He explained they don't do service calls but are looking into starting the service. In meantime he said I should call Weber. I did and they diagnosed the issue as a faulty regulator hose and shipped a new one out to me with 7 to 10 day delivery. We did not want to wait that long to use the grill so I called Bill and explained what Weber said. He said he will send someone out for a $75 service call plus parts. His grill expert, Frank, came out and it seems I did no tighten the valve connection to the propane tank. (I couldn't believer it because I checked it several times and even changed tanks.) When I went for my checkbook to pay him he wouldn't accept it. I was surprised but then not surprised because that is how this store operates. I will always come here instead of Lowes or Home Depot. You can't beat the advice and top notch service.

they are so friendly & helpful-My car would not start & the manager John & bos pushed it to the service station next door-the whole staff is great & will go out of their way to always help you
