I have been going to this store for over 20 years. Recently purchased a Weber grill and after a couple moths it wouldn't start. I spoke to owner, Bill, and he was very helpful. He explained they don't do service calls but are looking into starting the service. In meantime he said I should call Weber. I did and they diagnosed the issue as a faulty regulator hose and shipped a new one out to me with 7 to 10 day delivery.
