5 Stars: Dawn Arruda is a marvel. She is clearly highly experienced in all aspects of house sales but, more than that, she educated us in all aspects, too. She pointed out many significant improvements to be made in the house, accurately assessed market interest, and was full of useful advice at every step in the sale.
