service service was fair to bad we purchaed living room carpet and kitchen vinyl 4000 they forgot metal edging no return call. called about a bubble in vinyl no possible fault of ours. no call back ! they made sure to call back up to the checkcleared hmm

What Customer Service? Don't go here if your looking for customer service. They have none. I had an estimate for some work done and told them I would like to schedule the work as soon as possible.
