I just had an adult tonsillectomy thru the care of Dalton ENT. I was extremely stressed at first leading up to the surgery. However at the end of the day my surgeon Stephen Ryals did a great job on the surgery. He has the best bed side manner and made me feel so comfortable prior to surgery. He sat on the edge of a chair in the pre op room and let me ask him all my questions and was very patient as I did so. Very friendly staff and a quick, smooth experience. Check-in was fast and very efficient, and they sent helpful reminders. The doctor and staff were very professional and genuinely seemed to care about my health, which is very important to me. Everything was well explained. The office is beautiful, and it’s amazing to see my client working at a place that values her and helps her achieve their goals.Seeing her smile brightened my day.
Day of surgery the anesthesiologist asked if she could say a prayer for my daughter before surgery. They were super nice with all the appointments. The doctor even came in while she was in recovery and talked with us. The nurses kept coming in and checking on her in recovery, askingif she needed anything. Post surgery appt. The Nurse Practitioner was nice, and made my daughter feel comfortable about being scared to brush her teeth since her tonsils were out. I saw Dr. Dinges yesterday and was truly impressed. He was amazing from start to finish. He really took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing me, and he addressed everything with compassion and care. I left the appointment feeling heard, understood, and confident about my next steps. It is rare to find a doctor who combines such genuine kindness with thorough medical attention, and I am so grateful for the experience. Highly recommend!
It's a HUGE Red flag when they have posted at the door that they are not responsible for your injury or death. Hmmm....perhaps all your licenses should be given to people that will be accountable for their screw ups. I spent more time dealing with their robo caller for appointment reminders than I did with Katy the nurse practitioner! She didn't listen to anything I said without immediately gaslighting me saying that I was wrong and what I was experiencing wasn't really going on.
