Everyone was very helpful. I have a lot on my mind and kept forgetting things but the front kindly helped me every time. My total wait for my appointment was about 15 minutes. Dr. Coleman was kind, explained everything and was very knowledgeable.
This is one of the best places to get medical care anywhere in this area! After looking in the Chattanooga area for an ENT and coming up with not a single promising doctor, I found this office. It has been absolutely incredible. Dr. Dinges has been my doctor, and he is the epitome of when professionalism and true care meet. So far weve had all great appointments here, they are very professional and we're quick to get my son in and get him in for surgery. The best part is that we will take my son to their office for his surgery and don't have to deal with the hospital! I'm very thankful it is in office and will be much better than dealing with the hospital for his surgery. Will update if anything changes with my thoughts on this office!

At Dalton ENT My families experience has always been warm and inviting but professional at the same time. Our 2 youngest babies both went here at birth to have a procedure and it went perfect. The dr always shows care and takes time to explain everything fully with no questions left unanswered or any misunderstandings. My son has to have a surgery soon and i fully trust the dr here to take care of my baby and do the best job possible.
