Was very impressed with the friendliness of the receptionist and nurse.Allyssa took great care of my ear problem. She was very kind, gentle, and respectful, and explained the process that she was doing. In the future I will definitely bring family members here. Highly recommended! Thanks.
Good experience. Only downfall was when the audiologist tech asked if my two young daughters (2 yr old and 6 year old) could wait out in the lobby by themselves while i got my hearing test done. Mind you, the hearing test room was within inside another room (2 rooms in 1). I clearly stated no but she should have known better than to have asked me if it was fine for my two daughters to wait outside in the lobby room by themselves with a whole bunch of other random people. I love taking my girls here. Even though it had been a year and a half since Katy had seen her she still remembered all her information. It's hard to find a good doctor like that!!!!!
I can't express enough how wonderful our experience was with Dalton ENT Associates. The entire staff was so kind. Dr. Dinges was fantastic with our son. He listened to our concerns, and we left feeling good about moving forward with his plan.
Dr. Dinges was very kind and patient with me as I asked questions about my son’s situation. I felt heard and did not feel rushed to finish asking my questions. He took his time explaining everything I wanted to know to us. He cared to get a treatment plan that was right for my son.
