I'd had discomfort in my throat for two months! Got an appointment quickly with great fear. I feared the worst. Dr Dinges I think could see the fear. He was very straight forward with a positive attitude. He scoped the throat that visit and immediately put fears to rest. Very professional and friendly, he offered some advice on treatment far simpler than I expected. Great people from start to finish! A fine facility too!!

I had issues with my hearing. They were immediately on it. I really appreciate the lady who did my hearing test. She was as nice as can be. I think her name was Whitney. The Dr I saw there also addressed any issues I had been having and there was never once that I felt he was in a rush to get me out of there. I was everyone gave that kind of service. Dr. Dinges and his medical/admin staff earned the same rating in every category of reasonable expectation anyone could imagine- and mine are VERY high! There's one adjective that describes the highest level of compliment. It's one I learned in the miliary that I've continued to use since my departure from the Army in '76! It's the word "outstanding." Everything, EVERYTHING about my first visit to Dr. Dinges and Dalton, Ear, Nose and Throat was OUTSTANDING!

Martha and Monica took great care of me during my allergy testing. It was thorough and relatively painless. I was in excellent and very capable hands! Highly recommend!!

The women we encountered during this appointment were worth mentioning, although I do not have names 🥲 🤷🏼‍♂️ Basically, I took my child here, and had to bring along my 2.5 year old boy because, I mean, what else am I going to do with him? 😂😂 Anyway, my toddler was being an ABSOLUTE TERRORIST, and managed to somehow turn the lights off in our room two times that I can remember... This room was UNNATURALLY DARK, too, like the kind of black that makes you question reality 😅😅 and the doctor lady just was not phased. Haha ... read more
