I bought two trailers from the guys in Kansas Roy was a great guy to deal with. I did have a warranty issue with one trailer and the warranty department was excellent. Took care of the issue right away and the guys at 1stop Trailer Sales get the parts in and swapped out in the same week.
Having experience with multiple other brands, Cynergy Cargo 2 has hands down been the highest quality trailer for the money of all brands nationwide. The staff at the Cynergy Cargo 2 are both well versed in trailers and maintain an industry standard for what trailer manufacturing should look like. When I got my trailer the exhaust fan did not work so when I told them about it. kile got in touch with me and went above and beyond to get it taken care of. I would recommend them for a good trailer
Just recently bought an enclosed Cynergy 2 trailer. 8.5x24. Love the trailer but back door spring needs adjusted or replaced. Had a local overhead door company try to tweak it but they were unable. Said it may be the wrong size spring. Spoke to the factory in Crossett and told them about it and they wanted me to drag it back to them for them to take a look at it. That’s 4+ hrs away.
