I've tried 2 different classes here. One was a cycle which gave me a great workout. But today when I came it was a weighted HITT with Monica....(I didn't read the description I just figured it was only cycle classes🤡) But wowww it was an awesome workout! So glad it was something different. Monica was very sweet! Definitely going to sign up for more. Also everything is extremely clean. If you want a killer workout definitely sign up for a class!!!
CycleFit is the best part of my day! The energy from instructors and the members is tangible, makes you want to show up and do your best every time you walk through the door. Studios are super clean, class selection and variety is everything you need 💙
Truly the best part of my day. I have gained such immense knowledge on proper form, I have made some great friends, and I am lifting/cycling/running what I never thought was possible. Can’t even begin to explain how much I love this place & all the coaches… and how much CycleFit has impacted my life!
CycleFit is the best place to come for all fitness levels. I felt like I belonged since the day I walked in, 174 classes ago. There are so many amazing classes to take and coaches to experience. I love this place!
CycleFit Lehigh Valley has changed my mind, body, and soul for the better! The community is like no other!
