All the guys are great and I am very pleased with the work they do! They answer all our questions! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! They did a really great job, everything is out of my way in the basement and I still have plenty of room for all I do! Good customer service! Returned my call and got me on the schedule first thing next day. Shawn arrived on time and was very efficient in getting my AC up and running. Very helpful in answering all my questions. Definitely a 5 star rating!!
Had to get a hot water heater replaced. Had an appointment. Got a call a week early that they could do it the day of call and would be there in about 1/2 hr 45 minutes. The service guy arrived with in 1/2 hr and got the job done in 2 hrs which was what he quoted when he arrived as long as everything went well. I am very pleased with with the work I have had done by C.V. Wenger employees and the office staff for their hard work in scheduling. I definitely recommend C.V. Wenger!!!
I was charged twice for the same issue. A stripped handle on a hose bib. The tech came out, hammered it back on, and charged me $120. That failed the same day. I called them back out to replace the hose bib and was charged $224.25 totaling $344.25 to fix a stripped hose bib handle. I was disappointed they charged the $120 service fee twice bc of the bad repair the first time, and bc I have exclusively used them since I bought my home. Our outside a/c unit quit working yesterday afternoon. We called CVW shortly after 7:00 AM the next day. We were told that a tech may be able to get there after lunch. Sure enough 🤗. The tech arrived shortly after 1:00PM. After some thorough troubleshooting, a new capacitor and a bump of freon had our unit pumping cold air. Professional service and the tech was extremely pleasant. I’ve called on CVW now for 30+ years and they have always provided great response and service.
