Chase was very thorough and very detailed and and concerned that it was done to our liking as he was doing it. the work was done in the agreed, timely manner, and done very well. I am very satisfied and as always do recommend you guys.
Excellent service! He arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and took the time to thoroughly inspect our air conditioning unit. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. It’s refreshing to find someone who truly cares about doing the job right.
I had my heat pump and duct work routine service call. Rep was great and answered all my questions. He was early and did a good job. One thing. He didn't have the filter replacement with him. I told him not to worry about it as I had one in the basement. But then after he left I thought about it and since those filters cost a lot I am thinking that I should get that filter from you since it apparently is part of the service call.
Jeremy did a fine job & good explanation. I did ck with my spouse Tom and our AC was not a new install at our renovation time in 2019. Hard to comment on the cost, it is what it is. We appreciate your service & quality of work. Thank you.
