This new company, CSC, is extremely high. Charged me $150 for an existing outlet that wasn't working. When I asked how much was the service charge and hourly rate they could not answer me. A few years ago, Crossett Service Company charged $65 for installing an outlet. When I informed them I wouldn't be paying cash because I was using my CSC card issued through synchrony bank I was told they charge 7% interest when using it. At first I was impressed, they came out quickly after I called and the staff on the phone where great, I Paid them to fix the problem and for a minute it was OK, then started back up within 2 days. Called 3 times to get them back out and left messages but never heard back from them. Very disappointed :(
I used CSC to disconnect HVAC units so I could poor concrete for them to sit on and were very prompt about getting back to reconnect. Also installed a mini split in my shop which I truly love . I’m going to give these folks a 10 out of 10 and am planning on getting them to install a General Home Generator as well
They did an awesome job and very neat.They have been to my home several times. They did the job in a timely manner and it was reasonably priced.
John Came to service our air conditioning and was amazing. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We definitely recommend him!!
