I had an issue with my car, and I want to sincerely thank Miguel López for his guidance and support. I also want to thank Pedro and Rubén Acosta from the service department for their help and professionalism. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience , the Service Manager. I cannot say enough great things about Croppers in Nogales. From the second we walked in until the very end Sergio Chavez was extremely helpful and very patient with us, and trust me I didn't make it easy. They put me into the vehicle I FINALLY made my mind up on and it was so fast and painless. Thank you so much to the Croppers team.
First regular service call with our Equinox. The customer service rep we met when Omar sold us our car was away but when I reached out the morning I wanted to make an appointment he, Armando, guided me to call Rueben at the Service Center. Rueben was able to get our car in for the service and while we waited, Omar joined us for a short visit before walking us over to lunch next door. HORRIBLE!!! They do NOT answer their phones and they will STEAL YOUR MONEY!! I returned and unopened/unused roof rack for my car back to them Feb 6th they still have NOT refunded me my $239.62!!!! I have tried calling and they won’t answer my calls I have tried having GMC call them and they won’t answer their calls!!! I have now had to get my credit card company involved to try and get my money back. These people are crooks!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
A++++++ service!!!!! I recently was the victim to a hit and run, and my entire front end was destroyed as a result of the damage. My hood wouldn’t open as a result of the forward force exerted on the bumper, my wheel wells were also destroyed where the bumper connects, and the undercarriage as well. I left my car for repair at Croppers through my insurance and I am BLOWN AWAY at the result!!! Paint looks better than ever, bumper looks factory, and overall the experience was above average!!!
