Pain is not something that happens on a schedule and it makes random care more difficult to get. The staff was extremely understanding and patient with me. The doctor was professional and thorough in the care she provided. I will need more than one visit to get completely corrected but after one visit my pain has been reduced, I was able to get a full night's rest, and I am confident that she has guided me to a path of full recovery!
I had my first appointment at Crestview Health and Wellness Center. It was such a pleasant experience. Each member of the staff was polite to my husband and me and also to each other. I watched them help each other to figure out a small issue. Teamwork! They all made me feel that they cared. That's important to me. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful. I saw Connie Killam! She is the most awesome NP I have ever had. She is very friendly and checks every detail and has no problem sending you to a specialist to make sure you are fine. I have always trusted her judgement more than anyone! I totally recommend going!
a lot of questions. Questions about things didn’t seem to pertain to what I was there. a LOT Of wanting me to repeat information. Wanted to take a picture of me so that nobody can come in use my name for insurance fraud, So what you’re telling me you don’t bother to know your patience by name and face. glad you have a nurse practitioner on staff in case something happens, Even put a sales pitch in to be my healthcare provider at a chiropractor’s office. left untreated. = a wast of time. will drive 3hr to go see my old Chi... read more
I believe I wrote a review maybe a little over 2 years ago. I absolutely love CHWC. They take such good care of me. I go in at least once a week because it keeps me moving right a long in life but when something changes and I need more of intense treatment, they are there meeting that intense care with compassion and professionalism. The office staff is also a pleasure to work with.
