I've been with Craven- Woods Insurance for a long time- they search for the best fit for my exposure, the best price for policies with a National insurance company. They are front line contact for me and return my calls with in four hours or less. Any questions that need to be kicked up the company they make that call and get back to me with answer. Good people, good service top line products.

I really like that Craven Woods is a family business, and a main stay in the community. I love that I can call when I need to add a driver or a car, and I get to talk to a real person. I feel like they have taken very good care of us over the past 15 years or so. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I switched to Craven-Woods years ago and have not regretted it. They provide great insurance coverage at super low pricing. When I call I always talk to my agent and they always take care of any concerns I have. I’m always recommending them to my friends.

Carven-Woods is often quick to reply to questions or concerns, which is appreciated. They are not proactive in finding the best rates and deals for current members, so the costumer needs to be the one asking about lower rates on a consistent basis.

As a local insurance agent in the same town (across the parking lot) it is nice to have an honest referral source to send customers to when my agency is not the right fit! Jon and Misty take great care of their customers!
