Cox Construction and Plumbing is superb. There is a willingness to go out of their way in terms of customer service. I had a water filter tank leak on a Friday at 3:30. Virginia and the serviceman were amazing in getting my problem resolved before close of business and a weekend. I'm so grateful to them.

Woke up to a plumbing “emergency”, the day we were to leave for vacation. Called 8 different places and Cox was the only one who could get to us today. They arrived when expected, courteous and professional, and were fast to diagnose and correct the issue with our septic tank. Will definitely use again!

Cox provided same day service with professionalism! Customer service was great. Service team was knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend. Installed a new garbage disposal, fixed toilet that was not flushing properly and installed a new kitchen faucet. Provided trouble shooting for dishwasher that would not fully drain.
