I've used half a dozen plumbers in this area and found all to be sub-standard. Finally someone told me about Cox Plumbing and I've been with them for several years. They are friendly, have the expertise any would expect, including small jobs as well as the big ones. Both office staff and the plumbers are accommodating when necessary and go out of their way if there is a emergency. On one occasion, Cox fixed a problem in 20 minutes that a foundation company had worked on for days. Thank you Virginia and everyone at Cox.
Very unsatisfied with their work. My mother had a mother in law suite added, and we were creating a bathroom. Be cautious of the quote, make sure they list out how much each total item actually cost. They quoted us at 12,000 because they were unsure if they needed to dig up driveway to connect to sewer, however upon digging up concrete in the bathroom, they only had to dig up a total of four inches deep. I have used this company several times over the last few years and have no complaints. They are responsive in scheduling and always get me in pretty quickly. This latest time, they were even able to come a day or two early, which I appreciated. The workers have all been courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. I would definitely call them again.
After dealing with other companies that either didn't answer their phone, or didn't return calls, or didn't show up when scheduled, we called Cox plumbing early one morning, got a call back a couple hours later, and scheduled the work for mid-day. Two guys showed up on time, and the work was completed that same day. TOPS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
two technicians came to the property to mark the edge of the drainage pipes of the septic. Nice people and have had them before under Foster Well Repair. When I called, I was told the visit fee will be $170 plus time. They were there one hour. When I got the bill, it was $170 plus $160 for using a camera, plus $10 fuel charge. When they came two months ago to service the septic, Foster (related to Cox) came (same guys) and there was a flat charge of $375, which included emptying the septic tank, using a camera to locate ... read more
