If you ever plan to move out of the state, do not go through this bank. I was forced to refinance my vehicle because “they don’t do out of state financing”. I had my loan with them for over 3 years. Never missed a payment. Never late on a payment. Now it’s been an absolute nightmare on my end trying to get my vehicle registered properly after having to go through the process of refinancing elsewhere.
Everyone was so helpful! The front desk receptionist was very informative as well as the loan officers and everyone in between! Extremely impressed!
