This is the worst! The very worst people to deal with!! They lie, they pretend to be some one they aren't when you ask specifically to speak to the CEO. They transfer you to someone else and when you're finished telling her the problem your having. Then they tell you "I'M NOT THE CEO" " SHE'S IN A MEETING". If you ever plan to move out of the state, do not go through this bank. I was forced to refinance my vehicle because “they don’t do out of state financing”. I had my loan with them for over 3 years. Never missed a payment. Never late on a payment. Now it’s been an absolute nightmare on my end trying to get my vehicle registered properly after having to go through the process of refinancing elsewhere.
All loan applications went good. Thank you for being there for us when we needed the help.
GREAT PLACE TO BANK..very helpful, friendly..but hate all the app updates and changes, my older phone data can't handle it.
