I had an appointment for a root canal this morning. The Front staff/receptionist were very friendly. Dr. Singh was awesome, he listened to my concerns and explained everything throughly to me. However, the main reason I really wanted to leave this review is for the dental assistant I had, Samara. She answered every single question I had, she had a positive attitude, and she kept reassuring me that I was doing good while Dr. Singh was doing my dental work. I’m a new patient and I already like them very much. Dr. Singh was friendly, fast and likable. I have awful anxiety. They were awesome with that too. They explained everything and left it my decision. No real pressure. I’m recommending them as highly as 3 other persons recommended them to me.

1 star is too much for my experience with this place. The women at the front desk are wonderful, the hygienist was also very nice. Dr. Singh however, is truly just a jerk with no regard for his patients. He came into the room and never said a word, I could feel the tension instantly as the hygienist was silent as well. He sat down and started reclining my chair without saying hello, never introduced himself, didn’t ask any me any questions…nothing. After being with the same dentist for 23 years my husband and I decided it was time to find a new dentist. We had our first appointments on August 13th and we were so impressed with everything. I could not believe how wonderful our first appointments went. I was super anxious about switching dentist but am so happy we did. I’m having a root canal next month and I have no doubt that it will be a smooth process. Every person from the front desk ladies, hygienist and the dentist were absolutely wonderful.

I had a 11:00 am appointment this morning and I arrived on time. When I walked in, I noticed the small waiting room was packed with people. One of the receptionists told me to have a seat. About five minutes later a young man walked and I overheard him say to the receptionist that he had an appointment at 11:00 am. How is it possible for two persons to have appointments exactly at the same time?! I sat and waited. And waited. And waited. People kept coming and going.
