I am very happy with my visit. I didn't have to wait long to be called in to see the dentist. Everyone in the office, was very friendly. If I hear of anyone needing an excellent dentist. I will highly recommend my new dentist.. Thank you all for a pleasant visit.
After a bad teeth cleaning at a different dentist years ago, my teeth gradually became more and more sensitive. To the point, I had difficulty simply brushing my teeth and a hard time chewing foods, without pain. Cortland Dental understood my desire in wanting a full set dentures. Floor in the exam room was dirty, dental tools were heavily coated in hard water stains (or maybe also dirty? Hoping just water stains). X rays were fine, but the dental cleaning was done in under 3 minutes. Which would set a land speed record for fastest cleaning, if they actually cleaned my teeth thoroughly, which they didn't. Used the water pick tool for about a minute and a half? And then the brush tool for about 30 seconds? Didn't even end up using the dirty dental tools on the table. So a win I guess? I had a Great visit at my dentist yesterday at Cortland Dental. Everyone is polite, kind, friendly & helpful. I would recommend very much. I had no cavities & they cleaned my teeth & took x-rays. They even gave me a new toothbrush, toothpaste, & some dental floss for free. Peace & calm atmosphere. Thank you Cortland Dental for making my experience at the Dentist Great!! 5 stars!!
I need a copious amount of general and restorative work. My first appointment was much more salubrious than I anticipated! Friendly staff (shout-out to Maggie☺️) , doctor is quiet, but very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding: they ALL do their best to make the experience as seamless and comfortable as possible.
