Amy is absolutely wonderful to work with and great at what she does. She makes filing our taxes very easy. She is kind and helpful! The hours are GREAT during tax season here. Also, the receptionist is so friendly and our wait was very quick. This is also a great location! We would highly recommend working with Amy!
I'd give 10 stars if I could. Scheduling an appointment was very easy, Amy was in touch ahead of time with a secure portal for uploading documents, there was almost no wait time after checking in for my appointment, and Amy was amazing. We have been working with Amy for 2 years and we love it. Shes always got patience with us as we are new business owners and she answers our questions with honesty and bluntness. Highly suggest if you are looking for a new accountant for business or personal, we highly suggest her. Even if i move again i dont think ill ever change my accountant.
They had some ups and downs but Amy the owner has made everything right with my dad and his buisness. I have to say she is really easy to work with and communication is easy with her. Open and honest and she has definitely impressed and made us happy. Give her patience if you have had a bad experience reach out to Amy and she will make it right and work with you.
I would recommend these guys, especially Amy, who took care of a fairly complex issue for me. Their team was professional, friendly and very prompt with communication. They were understanding of my situation and offered advice to amend prior year returns that ended up saving me a lot of money!
