Had account for several years. Last year or so, forms were not sent out on time, she did pay fines after the fact. Lately, she has not done necessary filing, etc, leading to collections. We have left the building!

I usually use TurboTax but went to a preparer this year to avoid issues since I was in the middle of a divorce and my ex husband had taxes to pay on prize money. Big mistake. She somehow managed to both attribute my W-2 to my ex husband so we had to do a correction for both federal and state taxes and list my smaller federal refund portion second so when the IRS corrected the amount of the refund, the IRS sent the entire thing to my ex husband. Been going here years! The one year I went to h&r block, big mistake. Confidential got me almost 400$ more on back taxes from the year before from h&r block. Alot cheaper as well as most others charge. Highly recommend!!
