I have an amazing experience every single time I have gone here. Everyone is always very welcoming and accommodating. They often have little events that make your visits unique too! My doctor, Mandy, makes me feel seen and heard. She looks at all routes that could be taken. The office has a text program that lets you reach out for simple things such as refills or even scheduling appointments. Sometimes it's pretty hard to get medications sent out correctly and I've had some billing issues but stuff happens. Overall they are great for a doctors office. They don't always listen to you, but it depends on who your working with. It took a year of complaining about how I was feeling for the doctor to change my prescription which is annoying but at least eventually they listened and all is good. Dr. Johnson is a great Doctor! If you have a lot of time to wait for an appointment she is worth it. If you need to see a doctor she can't be seen right away. It will be at least 4-5 weeks before you can get into the office to see her. If I need to see someone soon (5-7 days) I have to go to urgent care because every time I call for an appointment with her it is always 4-5 weeks out. This is one of the most professional and compassionate medical offices I have been to in my 60 years of life. Dr. Johnson actually listens to what I have to say and is extremely knowledgeable in both conventional and functional medicine. If you can't get in to see her right away, the PA John Moore is also well above par.
I haven't met Dr. Johnson yet but I can state Melanie Kimmery and Terri has been an absolute blessing for us! You both are just seriously amazing!! Thank you so so much!! 💓 Update DR. J is absolutely amazing and sweet! She sees my disabled daughter as well!!
