Awesome Child Care Center! – Warm, nurturing child care environment and teachers. This is an awesome child care center; and my children and I just love it! This center is NAEYC Accredited. This is a high quality child care program that offers great experiences for my children; and really focus on maintain a safe and clean environment. The new location is nice and cozy.

Defensive Confortations Welcomed – I am very much in agreement with the previous review of dirty and chaotic, but must add defensive and always a confortation. One would think that an organization being not only public-oriented, but additionally a service of your precious one, would be open to your comments and concerns of their child. No no no no! not these guys (staff & director). Its all about protecting theirselves and their responsibleness; and arguing with the parent. Community School Rocks – The subjective part: My kids and I love Community School. The center is bright and welcoming (not fancy, but cozy), and the staff has fun doing their jobs--which is saying a lot when a large part of your job involves diaper changes and cleaning yogurt up off the floor. The school serves a very diverse range of families, and has an experienced, educated staff with not a lot of turnover. A Salute to Community School for People under Six, Chapel Hill – Two of my children attended Community School for People under Six. What an awesome program they have. This child care center really cares about young children and their families. They focus on maintaining high quality early care and education for all children in its diverse population. Dirty, Chaotic, Children Were Neglected and Sad – My husband and I visited this "5 star" facility this morning. Our impression was bleak from the start. The center is attached to a mental health facility, as well as some kind of "back to work" placement program. Many of the kids were outside, and entrance to the facility is through the playground where any stranger can walk in (and potentially snag a child without anyone noticing).
