Comforting Hands Hospice is located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and is locally owned and operated. We are accredited by The Joint Commission as well as being an NHPCO Member. Each patient has an individualized care plan that is developed by the Hospice team. Comforting Hands Hospice team consists of: • The patient and his/her family • The patient's physician • Our Medical Director • Hospice Nurses • Certified Home Health Aids • Chaplain • Medical Social Worker • Volunteer Coordinator and Volunteers • Dieticians • Therapists
