I hope you actually post this review.... I had a negative experience with you guys. New HVAC installed. You did not install an air filter, which I found out 3 months later when I went to replace it. So the coils were covered with long/dust. The air filter couldn't be replaced because you ran the drainage pipe in front of the air filter drawer.
