I’ve been to CCD twice now, once for routine cleaning and x-rays, and second for fillings. The office is clean and comfy (modern without feeling sterile). I wasn’t a fan of the receptionists since part of their job is to put patients at ease and build rapport. I feel they lack in warmness and approachability. From the first moment I walked in the door I had such a positive experience. Jen at the front desk helped me figure out my insurance benefits and kept me updated through my whole routine cleaning. Collette was the dental assistant who helped me. She was so friendly and kind. She listened to me, answered all my questions and passed all the information onto the Dr. Dr. Hacking was efficient and kind. He got to know me and explained everything so well. Edit: I’m super impressed. Comfort Care Dental contacted me the next business day after posting this review. They asked me if I wanted scheduled with a different hygienist present. Talk about “on it”, but I just need to be in a different office, a smaller office with fewer chairs until I find one that gets my teeth 100% every time, like my childhood dentist in Canada. Absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had, and I have sadly had a few. Dr. Hacking is kind, fast, and a consummate professional. I generally don't leave reviews but he and his staff deserves the praise.

Terrible terrible experience! I went there back in 2022 for a routine cleaning and they didn’t even clean my teeth!! It was my first time at a dental office outside of the one I’d gone to for years so I just assumed it was their ‘normal routine’. After learning they cleaned my husbands normally, I realized they just forgot mine😂 They also charged me 100% for a filling instead of billing my insurance which covers 90%.
