Easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. No question. They were kind, up-front, explained everything clearly, made everything make sense, gave me recommendations for follow-up appointments, etc. etc. etc. They are clearly all very well-trained, very personable and genuine, and made the experience actually enjoyable. This is the only experience I’ve ever had where I’m EXCITED to go back to the DENTIST again. These people are amazing and I hope they continue to prosper.

I’ve been to CCD twice now, once for routine cleaning and x-rays, and second for fillings. The office is clean and comfy (modern without feeling sterile). I wasn’t a fan of the receptionists since part of their job is to put patients at ease and build rapport. I feel they lack in warmness and approachability. I was pleased with x ray process—quick, and thorough. I felt I’ve had more enjoyable cleanings, and this one took the longest. Mostly I didn’t like the dentist. From the first moment I walked in the door I had such a positive experience. Jen at the front desk helped me figure out my insurance benefits and kept me updated through my whole routine cleaning. Collette was the dental assistant who helped me. She was so friendly and kind. She listened to me, answered all my questions and passed all the information onto the Dr. Dr. Hacking was efficient and kind. He got to know me and explained everything so well. Edit: I’m super impressed. Comfort Care Dental contacted me the next business day after posting this review. They asked me if I wanted scheduled with a different hygienist present. Talk about “on it”, but I just need to be in a different office, a smaller office with fewer chairs until I find one that gets my teeth 100% every time, like my childhood dentist in Canada. It’s not easy to move away from your childhood dentist. I want a good cleaning every time, not have to luck out by getting scheduled on a good one. End edit U... read more

Absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had, and I have sadly had a few. Dr. Hacking is kind, fast, and a consummate professional. I generally don't leave reviews but he and his staff deserves the praise.
