I recently switched to Comfort Care and they are the best! I had pain in one tooth for quite a while and Dr. Tall found the cause and fixed it. They are so nice and truly care about giving you good care. I wish I could remember the nice girl’s name I’ve dealt with for my recent appointments but she was amazing too. 10/10 recommend
I’ve been to CCD twice now, once for routine cleaning and x-rays, and second for fillings. The office is clean and comfy (modern without feeling sterile). I wasn’t a fan of the receptionists since part of their job is to put patients at ease and build rapport. I feel they lack in warmness and approachability. Great to start. Nice staff. Like another review left they also broke my metal permanent retainer. Dr Hacking told me they would take care of it and they sent me to an orthodontist. The cost is $115 to replace the broken retainer. Called them back and let them know the cost and they said they cannot replace it for me.
Easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. No question. They were kind, up-front, explained everything clearly, made everything make sense, gave me recommendations for follow-up appointments, etc. etc. etc. They are clearly all very well-trained, very personable and genuine, and made the experience actually enjoyable. This is the only experience I’ve ever had where I’m EXCITED to go back to the DENTIST again. These people are amazing and I hope they continue to prosper.
Kind caring. Gentle. I have really bad anxiety attacks and they were great to me. They're a wonderful place. Five stars across the board!
