I've visited several dental clinics, but this one stands out as the best so far. After the initial examination, they provided a clear estimate for my treatment upfront. The shot they gave was virtually painless. Doctor handled my treatment quickly and efficiently and the assistant who looked after me was extremely kind and gentle. I really appreciated the transparency with billing and the excellent service from the entire staff.
Was having issues with my mouth, they got me in for an evaluation within a day and got me in for the procedure the next day. Amazing staff, made me super comfortable, made sure all basis of my procedure were gone over so I understood, answered any questions I had. They have gained me as a forever patient. Amazing crew!
Sedation with dental work is the literal best. From the relaxing atmosphere to not even remembering having an IV put in to waking up and the work is all done with minimal numbing is amazing! I’ve had to have lots of dental work done and most of the time they can’t get me numb all the way which has led to so much anxiety when I have to have any dental work done. I started going to Comfort Care in Pocatello a few months ago. I like his they explain charges ahead of time and give you options. I had some crowns put on and one fell out, they were very good about getting me in right away to get the issue fixed. I am happy with the service of the staff and the dentist, Dr. Nathan George. Everyone is always very friendly and quick to help! Never had any issues with any of the dentists, hygienists, assistants, or front desk staff. 10/10 recommend Comfort Care!
