Mathew came to house to provide estimate within an hour of contacting CAT. Dallas and Josh came as scheduled and were courteous and considerate. Worked quickly and efficiently and explained what they would be doing and made sure all was good before leaving. They for sure were 5 star service providers. Thanks for doing such an excellent job!

Dallas and Josh handled our vent cleaning, and they did an outstanding job! We really appreciated how they took the time to explain the process and even recommended other professionals who specialize in vent system repairs. Our vents are spotless now, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

Everything went smoothly and quickIy right from the quote to the work being done. The guys that did the work were very efficient and polite, and even took their shoes off in the house. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use again in the future.

We have forced air heat. Years ago, I read that a type of tacky spray was used to settle the dust & dirt inside the ductwork (which I did not do). I heard about duct cleaning several years ago, but was unaware that it was available locally. When we had the estimate, Matthew explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions.
