These guys did any absolutely fabulous job cleaning out dryer vent. Not only did they clean the dryer vent but they found out that our vent wasn’t connected properly and was actually blowing lint into our basement ceiling! They cleaned out the ceiling lint and reconnected the dryer vent at no extra charge. The technicians were friendly and professional. I highly recommended this company.
Mathew came to house to provide estimate within an hour of contacting CAT. Dallas and Josh came as scheduled and were courteous and considerate. Worked quickly and efficiently and explained what they would be doing and made sure all was good before leaving. They for sure were 5 star service providers. Thanks for doing such an excellent job!
Dallas and Josh handled our vent cleaning, and they did an outstanding job! We really appreciated how they took the time to explain the process and even recommended other professionals who specialize in vent system repairs. Our vents are spotless now, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
Everything went smoothly and quickIy right from the quote to the work being done. The guys that did the work were very efficient and polite, and even took their shoes off in the house. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use again in the future.

A call to the office procured an appointment within a week. The crew was prompt & courteous. As it was raining the day they were here, the removed their shoes when came up from the cell... read more
