Let me start off by saying the only person remotely helpful in this office is Macey. Everyone else, including their office manager, gave me expectations that turned out to be wrong. The day my policy renewed (which I pay 6 months upfront), I signed up for the e-policy like they asked me to get another discount. I was then told that since I signed up the day my policy renewed, the discount wouldn't apply. They were not upfront or clear about this. Just moved here & called to get my policy switched over . Agent Shae may the transition very easy & had everything ready for me to pick up the next day.
I’m very happy with my plans and service. Jacob was my agent and he was extremely supportive and informative. He helped me to feel comfortable with the transfer from my other company. This Allstate agency done very well by me. On home owner the agency saved me 33 percent and on auto the saving was 20 precent.
