When our insurance carrier was going to deny coverage over roof concerns, Doug Blanchard took it upon himself to drive to the property to take photographs of the roof, which he submitted to the insurance company. With this proof of condition, our insurance carrier agreed to continue coverage. We are so appreciative of his interest in our issue, and his initiative at resolving it. Excellent customer service!
