Hired Clean Air Solutions to clean only our dryer vent and duct system. Technicians (3) were on time. They were courteous and very understanding of my security concerns. The day before I had received a "spam risk" call from California wanting to verify my appointment. They left a message and I called them back, They knew all about my appointment, so seemed legit. The phone number I called was for Hydro-Air in Frederick but Clean Air Solutions must be using this number and the positive reviews of Hydro-Air to get business. They are NOT Hydro-Air!!! I asked for a dryer vent cleaning for my parents house and was promised a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. I never received a call. Hired their services for a ‘basic cleaning’. I had heard about the ‘upselling’ that they do, and declined the deep cleaning that was $1600. They used a vacuum hose to clean our dryer vent, but afterwards, our dryer stopped drying and it was clogged. Found an appliance contractor who diagnosed the dryer with having a blocked vent. I’m not sure if they compacted the dryer vent lint to block it, but either way, they did not return phone calls or emails to remediate the problem. It started off as a promotion however my entire system needed to service clean and treated. When I tell you I’m breathing much better than I have since the pandemic. That’s how long it’s been for my air duct cleaning. Nevertheless they were informative, patient with my 4 dogs and two cats😂. Told me what I needed down to keep the system working. And definitely threw in a discount because they were at my house at least 2 1/2 hours or more.

Just got the vent+air duct cleaning done. So they didn't have the courtesy to remove shoes or use shoe covers while walking inside. Ok - I have hardwood floors so while not what I want to do, not a huge deal. But then they thought it was OK to use shoes on carpets as well!! When asked, the lady was fine with it but the guy had to be told twice and he asked me to move the rug if I didn't want him to step on it.
