DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE!!! I submitted my tax documentation in February and did not hear from anyone as of 1 week prior to the filing deadline. When I called to get an update I was informed that they filed an extension on my behalf because they would not have it ready until late June or early July. When I told them this was unacceptable, Teresa got on the line and was not only unapologetic, she was extremely rude. I eventually opted to pick up my paperwork and do my own filing.
