Chuck Montgomery’s office provided excellent customer service and responded very quickly to my request. Chase was professional, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process while assisting me with updating my renter’s insurance information for my leasing office. The communication was smooth and they made everything easy. I appreciate the professionalism and support. Highly recommended.

I was shopping for auto and home insurance and called Chuck Montgomery's State Farm office. I was transferred to Ashely Haes who was professional, knowledgeable and personable. She gave me a comparative quote and was able to save me 10% over my prior insurer. She was helpful with the changeover process a well. I highly recommend Chuck's office and Ashely in particular.

His staff specifically Ashley Haes is focused on customer satisfaction, and results. Forget Jake from State Farm. I just got off the phone with Ashley H from the Middletown branch and wow that was great customer service. If I could give more stars then I would. Excellent interaction across the board. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and able to sign up for the service that I needed. She alleviated all of the headache that normally comes with dealing with insurance. 11/10 interaction. Whatever you are paying her isn't enough. She absolutely deserves a raise and a bonus.

Switched my Home owners & Auto to State Farm recently. I got better rates & more coverage than my previous insurance provider. Ashley was great to work with & followed up to make sure we didn’t have any additional questions.
