Chris was the kind of realtor we needed-he tells you what you need to do. That is, he spells out what projects you need to do to get the best price on your home and gives you tips on how to accomplish these things. Chris knows what features buyers are looking for in your price range and understands buyer psychology-for example, how relatively small investments in certain improvement projects will lead to a big payoff as far as sale price.
