I had to redo the policy on my deceased mother’s house and put it in my wife’s and my name. I worked with Caroline and she was extremely helpful and made the experience very painless. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, and very personable. She also was able to save me some money which made it an even better experience.

Kirsten the sales account representative was extremely quick and helpful with the process of getting me covered. I have been with this location for some time and the staff is always friendly and professional. The lady at the front desk was great; connected me immediately and from there it was smooth sailing!

I've been driving 52 years with State Farm insurance. Although I've had different agents along the way, my current agent Chip Harvey has been the best. Chip is friendly and very knowledgeable. I received a lower rate for auto insurance from USAA. Caroline wanted to review rates and reminded me that since my wife has been insured with them for 50 years + that we were grandfathered in for non cancellation from claims, I’m no longer driving and the mileage is low in stead of the last reported in her records was on the auto we had traded in. She is reviewing their coverage to ours ahas the basis to reduce our rate based on new information.
