I wish we had contacted Ryan's Team sooner. We wasted nearly a year with a do nothing agent. The Engel Voelker Team was exemplary from the start to finish! Our condo wasn't one we considered a 'luxury' condo. However we were treated as if it were. It was really great working with Ryan. We felt comfortable that he was providing us with honest info. We are not really "needy" buyers so it wasn't that he had to do much hand holding, but I believe he would for those buyers that need that high touch point.
