While searching for a school for my child, I was so pleased when I toured Cherokee Christian School that I began to compare every other school to them. While the intent was to find a school that enhanced our family’s Christian foundation, we did not want the educational curriculum to be sub par and we have not been disappointed! Both our two kids attend this school! It’s a gem of a school and the staff and administrators love the kids and know them at a personal level. They strive for excellence when it comes to their education, but the most important and what makes this school stand above the rest is the biblical worldview they teach our kids. We love Cherokee Christian Schools! Not only is it academically challenging, but there is a focus on building strong character and work ethic. The heart is just as important as the mind and my boys have done well here the past few years. It's the perfect size where I can build relationships with teachers and parents. There is a strong sense of community and I love that they are being taught with a biblical foundation. They have great extra curricular programs too (run club, art club ect). My boys are in elementary.
We are so thankful for a school that truly desires to gracefully shepherd the hearts of children while also holding them to a high biblical standard. At CCS you will encounter a faculty that loves the Lord and desires to educate the children that He has entrusted to them through family partnership, strong academic standards and opportunities, and a warm family-like environment. I trust and respect the administration and faculty.
We are so blessed to have chosen Cherokee Christian School for our daughter. She loves her school as well. The level of education is incredible and the school fosters a family atmosphere at the same time a place for academic excellence.
