This facility is top-notch in every respect. The staff- from the care-givers to the administrators, maintenance men and housekeeper- are warm, kind and professional. I have not witnessed a single exception to this in the entire time my mother has lived there and between my sister and I, we are there almost daily. The consistent care and compassion make me feel like she is being cared for by family, not to mention the engaging, fun activities provided! I recommend Chenango Valley Home without reservation.
What a fabulous, caring, welcoming team. CVH was truly a gift for our mom. The activity program, beautiful grounds and opportunities for genuine friendship made it home. We are grateful for each special year mom spent there!
