The office staff were nice but I wasn’t all that impressed with the doctor. I only saw her for about 5 minutes and she seemed irritated and I didn’t feel comfortable with her. Everyone kept asking me the same questions over and over again. I am going to give them one more chance and see if I get any positive results.

I feel I was treated appropriately. However I must say it was like walking into a 1970’s physician’s clinic with rows and rows of paper charts behind the receptionist and spilling onto an adjacent room. Allergy EMR should be really easy and save a bundle of money and time. This from a retired physician that has used EMR since 1994.

The CAC is the place to be treated for your allergies and asthma. I have been very pleased with the outcome after the one year treatment they had me on. I am now just doing the boosters and still very pleased.

I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to be back as a patient of Dr. Cromie and his nurse J Bird! l just moved back to Chattanooga after being in a different state for the last 10 years and I was a mess with my allergies and feeling awful. Dr. Cromie and J Bird were so caring and thorough and I am confident that have me on the path to feeling better. My experience at CAC was wonderful. Many questions I had were answered, a plan was put into place, and I feel better all around going forward.
