We have been buying all our appliances from Charlotte for almost 40 years. They are always easy to deal with and items are delivered quickly. Andrew in the sales department helped with the purchase and was great to work with. We had our washer and dryer installed today. Mike and Rick called to give us an estimate of when the would arrive. We have been purchasing appliances and furniture at Charlotte for years. They always have high quality products at affordable prices. Their delivery guys Rick and Mike are excellent. They are respectful of our house and are careful when moving appliances in and out of it. We like dealing with them.
After looking at another furniture store, we went to Charlotte and found exactly what we were looking for, a recliner with electronic lift. The floor model was the last of that model, and it was in perfect condition. Delivery was fast, convenient, and professional. An excellent experience, and my wife is happy with her new chair. Our dryer died after 10 years. We went to Charlotte Appliance on Friday afternoon and they were absolutely amazing! Jim and George was our sales person and he was very helpful and amazing! Saturday morning at 9:00am I had a brand new washer and dryer. The delivery guys were extremely friendly and very kind!!! If you need anything you should go and check them out!
