We have been buying all our appliances from Charlotte for almost 40 years. They are always easy to deal with and items are delivered quickly. Andrew in the sales department helped with the purchase and was great to work with. We had our washer and dryer installed today. Mike and Rick called to give us an estimate of when the would arrive. Can't complain! They have been among the top places to buy appliances in Rochester for a reason. Rich A. was super helpful throughout my process of getting an induction oven from start to finish. The transaction process was an ease and the delivery was as well! Mike and Rich were very detail-oriented and made sure that the oven was installed and leveled correctly. I'm looking forward to buying my next appliance with them in the future!
Mike and Rick delivered and installed our new washer today. They were prompt, delivering within the 2 hour window they had told us. Both were very personable, efficient and conscious of keeping things clean. Great experience. Michelle, in sales, was also excellent. We need a smaller size and she was great at researching and recommending.
We love Charlotte! They are always polite and professional. We just bought a furniture set from Crystal who was very helpful and patient with all of our questions. Had another great experience with Charlotte Appliance. No pressure sales staff that was both friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was delivered on time and the delivery crew of Mike & Rick was exceptional. They removed all of the packing material from our appliances and helped up through some of the controls on our new gas range. Going back to Charlotte soon for some furniture!
