Loan officer took matters too personally robbing our opportunity to purchase a home. She refused to increase loan amount so we could compete in the market because she was "worried" we couldn't afford it and we would become "house poor". Well, we could afford it because now we're paying more to rent than we ever would have for our own mortgage. Very disappointed with this company and lack of professionalism. Should have gone with USAA (who did offer more) before rates shot up. Do not fall for their tricks where they discount ... read more
