Gale was and has always been excellent throughout the whole process. I can rely on her to be professional and always do her best for me. The house buying process can be stressful but she was very clear and made this a great experience. She will be the only person I ever go through for any future needs. I can’t thank Gale Thurman and Serafin Figueroa, enough for being available whenever I had a question even prior to purchasing my home. They guided me through the process of purchasing my first new home, every step of the way. They were both extremely thorough and they worked so hard everyday, that they were able to help me close my house in less than a month timing. I highly recommend them both and Certainty Home Lending overall, for anyone interested in purchasing a home.

I do not recommend, stopped responding to my messages and emails after sending my tax forms. Did not answer my email nor my message . This is in regards to the sales manager thurman ...in which I didn't even feel their was any help or involvement into helping me with a loan.

CJ King is amazing!! I had a terrible experience with another company, then switched to Certainty Home Loans and it was like night and day. The process was so fast and easy, I was amazed.
