Gale was and has always been excellent throughout the whole process. I can rely on her to be professional and always do her best for me. The house buying process can be stressful but she was very clear and made this a great experience. She will be the only person I ever go through for any future needs. Loan officer took matters too personally robbing our opportunity to purchase a home. She refused to increase loan amount so we could compete in the market because she was "worried" we couldn't afford it and we would become "house poor". Well, we could afford it because now we're paying more to rent than we ever would have for our own mortgage. Very disappointed with this company and lack of professionalism.
