Buying or selling a home will always be a rollercoaster ride. However, if your realtor agent is sharp, knows the real state business, is focused on you and your expectations, AND is willingly to go the extra mile, then you have an exceptional realtor who can make all the difference in your personal buying or selling experience. Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate was outstanding. From when I made the first call to sell my home until when we closed on the sale of it. If you are looking for a great company to sell or buy your property with, they are it. My realtor, Jodie Greene, was fantastic in so many ways! She communicated very well, listened to me & helped me understand the process. She helped me purchase my new place as well. I can’t thank this company enough! Please go see them! I trust them!
I called the office on a Sunday with the hope of leaving a voicemail to have someone return my call. Phil answered the phone and as the conversation evolved, I knew he was the person I wanted to take me through the process of selling my home. He was so helpful and I immediately had confidence that he was going to make this a great experience and he did not disappoint. I highly recommend Phil Frye and Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate!
Dave Wyett was my Realtor and receives my highest praise! Excellent experience both as Realtor and with the online auction. Dave is very kind considerate and caring. A professional in every way. Goes over and above to make your experience great! Was always there to help with the whole process. Would not change a thing. There should be more like him!! He definitely rates a 10 out of 10!
Phil Frye is the best to work with. Patient kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns promptly. He brought up ideas and things I didn’t even think or know about. He’s a great agent and wouldn’t hesitate using his services again.
