Bought and sold a lot of real estate in my life. Hands down, this purchase was the worst experience I have ever had. Bought a flip from Janissa Soto. Very cute at first glance. Paid over asking due to interest in the property. She advertised as being on CITY SEWER on the MLS and written flyers, etc.. She owned for over 4 + mos. due to the reno. Over the last 12 years, I have relied on Ray Armstrong's realty experience to guide me through the process of buying two homes AND selling one. We have used Armstrong Team realty, specifically Ray, for the purchase of our first home. Ray is always available via phone or text to help alleviate some of our anxieties. He has a good knowledge of the homebuying process and is also knowledgeable about recommendations for financing, inspections, and other businesses that help along the way. We were able to preview the house that we wanted and put an offer in all within a matter of a few days thanks to Ray’s prompt attention and experienced input.

Ray Armstrong was an outstanding find. He and his team were completely on top of the complicated situation I was confronted with when my mom passed away. Being from Missouri, I was not able to be there to deal with all the little details. He carried that burden for us, when we really needed it. He is friendly, proffesional, knowledgeable and got us the best deal on my mom's house we could have hoped for. I highly recommend Armstrong Team Reality.

I have worked with Ray Armstrong at Century 21 Armstrong Team Realty to buy, sell, and rent homes. I have found him to be very knowledgeable, and he has always kept me informed the entire time as things were happening with my properties & contracts.
