Jared wrote a description of our house that demanded attention and had the perfect photos and videos made for the listing. As a result, there was immediate response. Our house sold in the first weekend it was listed (after going through several options). Jared was responsive day and night—answering all our questions in great detail. He stood firm during negotiations and gave/ explained his opinions when asked. This was truly a great experience.
Do not, under any circumstances use this company. The property manager will not take care of any issues or report them to owners for correction. They use the worst vendors, nothing is ever correctly fixed and they blame tenants for things that are the responsibility of the leasing company and owner. They blatantly LIE even when photographs are readily available. Stay very far away from Century 21**Do not recommend**
I have used Century 21 Alliance realty twice. Once for purchasing and once for selling. Excellent customer service, easy process and Marilyn and Jared were there beside me Every step of the way. Highly recommend!
