If I could give this business 10 stars I would. I was traveling from Florida in my motorhome and was stranded a few miles from their shop. I called them because the Ford dealership highly recommended them. The service manager sent out a tech who scanned my motor and cleared the codes so I could drive it to their shop where they further investigated it. Turns out that it was a simple issue and they advised me to have it checked out when I arrived at my destination. They only charged me one hour of time. They very w... read more
On my way to Pa from Colorado and broke a charge pipe for my turbo on my superduty. They didn't have the part that I needed, but he made a phone call to the local ford dealer and found the parts that I needed. Thank you again.
These guys are the best in the area! Had an unfortunate incident when traveling from South Carolina back home to Colorado and my Ram 2500 5.9l Cummins Turbo Diesel broke down just 30mi's away from Salina. After getting a tow to the first mechanic (other local diesel mechanic) and not having the issue resolved, I ended up breaking down again in the same region as before. These guys are amazing. Very friendly, as soon as you walk in the door you will be treated like a long time valued customer. Many other shops left me high and dry, but Central Plains will not disappoint. I owned my own tractor repair business for over 20 years and worked part time at J.Deere after retirement, and took many pumps and injectors there. I along with so many others would highly recommend Central Plains Diesel for all your diesel needs.
Our diesel truck broke down while driving through Salina Kansas. We got it towed into Central Plains Diesel. They somehow found the time to fit us in, what a blessing! They are extremely talented professionals, that go the extra mile for people, the owner gave us a ride to our hotel, as we were stranded. Our truck is running better than ever! We highly recommend this shop.
