Central Michigan Rehab was the fourth physical therapy facility that I have gone to when I have needed physical therapy after enduring six back surgeries, in the past 42 years! This is the best facility I have ever gone to. I highly recommend this facility and if I need physical therapy again in the future, this will be my choice! The staff at CMR St. Louis helped me more than I can put into words. I came in after back surgery and left feeling supported, stronger, and seen. Kristi always welcomed me with a smile, and Cheyenne always had the equipment ready without me ever having to wait. Those little things matters more than people think. This was the 2nd time I have had therapy at this facility. Kate was my PT person both times she has been great and understanding. I believe she goes above and beyond . I thank her for that. I had a few very difficult days. Kristy is always informative and friendly and wears many hats. Erin the assist is very positive and bubbly which is welcoming. All of the other staff is friendly and helpful just didn't have one on one encounters with. I would use them again.
I came here after a rib injury at work, and I couldn't be happier! The staff is all extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they answered any questions I had and always made an effort to be welcoming. They worked with me to help me get back to %100 and I would absolutely go back for any injury I have in the future. The atmosphere is homey and soft, and again the ladies that work there are all 10/10 employees. Thank you to them for helping me heal and making me laugh, I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the area!
They are so helpful and friendly! My therapist came up with a great plan and worked with me each step of the way. They all genuinely care about my therapy and for me as an individual.
