The dentist that they have working here is absolutely a monster. None of my concerns were handled. None of my questions were answered. When he shoved the tool into my tooth and hit a nerve, I jumped. He threw his tools down, told me " if I wasn't going to cooperate, I can leave!"....so I did. I have NEVER been treated like a dog by anyone like this. I have never had a bad experience at Centerville clinic. Everyone I have delt with there over the past five years has been kind, courteous, and caring . From scheduling to the doctors. Literally every employee is professional in the upmost way.
I had brought my daughter in to be seen for a sick visit, a few days later a voice mail was left for me stating everything including her strep test was negative. Two weeks later when I had her step mother bring her in again, due to the same sickness not resolving- the doctor told her that she was positive for step, should have been treated prior to this appointment and tried to make it seem like I was negligent regarding my child’s health.
