Absolutely the worst professionals I've ever seen , I get 1 prescription from my PCP there and it takes 2 to 3 weeks for a return call if any is returned , Talking to the front desk will get you transfered to the nursing station and 98% of the time they hang up on you , Honestly I do t see how or why people deal with this as patients, It's uncalled for and very disrespectful as a medical facility to act this way , But they will do nothing even if a comaint is made to the higher ups , These doctors and employees are literall... read more

I've been going here for over 24 yrs. This place has went down hill so much that it went past the bottom!!! My so called family dr stopped 1 of my much needed medicines from ANOTHER dr!! Not only is this highly illegal but also highly unethical!! My other dr was extremely mad about this !! If you go to the MH department don't even bother trying to call them! A few months ago I wouldn’t have given this place 1 ⭐️ but unfortunately u have to in order to write a review. Been going there for a few years now my doctor retired and Centerville clinics is only a stone throw away from me. And a lot of doctors aren’t taking new patients. I see a nurse practitioner and I go there for behavioral health. The reason I give two stars ⭐️ is because one star ⭐️ goes to my psychiatrist and one star ⭐️ goes to my therapist 🙂. The dentist that they have working here is absolutely a monster. None of my concerns were handled. None of my questions were answered. When he shoved the tool into my tooth and hit a nerve, I jumped. He threw his tools down, told me " if I wasn't going to cooperate, I can leave!"....so I did. I have NEVER been treated like a dog by anyone like this.
