The dentist that they have working here is absolutely a monster. None of my concerns were handled. None of my questions were answered. When he shoved the tool into my tooth and hit a nerve, I jumped. He threw his tools down, told me " if I wasn't going to cooperate, I can leave!"....so I did. I have NEVER been treated like a dog by anyone like this. I have never had a bad experience at Centerville clinic. Everyone I have delt with there over the past five years has been kind, courteous, and caring . From scheduling to the doctors. Literally every employee is professional in the upmost way.
I use the clinic for my GP appointments. It is incredibly hard to get in touch with anyone. They also have an obgyn that is there only one day every two weeks with practically no way to get in touch with him in an emergency. People are friendly once you're there, but it's just a really unpleasant process of getting in.
