Just moved to this area a year ago and made this my PCP. I have been here a total of 6 times. Every single time I wait at least an hour over my appointment time to be seen. The doctor comes in all cherry and apologetic.i have a 9:15 appointment today and the doctor isn't even in the building. It's very inconsiderate and they clearly do not care about the time that the patient sits and waits. If this happened once or twice I could see, it is literally every time I am here.I WILL NOT be returning here again.
Truly disappointed with how Stacey treats people. I got denied medical attention from her today all because she thought I lived out of state. I repeatedly told her I did not and I needed a follow up appointment, but she thinks she runs the place down there and told me I needed to find a new PCP.
I like this office because the Dr and staff, treat you like you mater, the Dr takes time and really listen to what you have to say,and make sure you understand everything. Keep up the good work! There's not many Doctors like this anymore, Thanks for understanding.
Everyone is very friendly and kind and patient with my family I greatly appreciate the time the dr takes with her patients as well.
took my mom to her appt here her appt was at 4 pm we arrived 355 pm and still after 5 pm no one even came in here to check on her there was only one person in front of her 😑 this is really bad doctor office having your Patients wait that long to be seen is really ridiculous
