Have nothing but good things to say about Centerville Clinic Fairchance Pa office. From the moment I walk in the door all the staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Everyone at that location is very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. All of my needs are always met in a timely manner, and everything is explained well so I can make sure I understand everything properly. Highly recommended Centerville Clinic at the Fairchance Pa location .
Just moved to this area a year ago and made this my PCP. I have been here a total of 6 times. Every single time I wait at least an hour over my appointment time to be seen. The doctor comes in all cherry and apologetic.i have a 9:15 appointment today and the doctor isn't even in the building. It's very inconsiderate and they clearly do not care about the time that the patient sits and waits. If this happened once or twice I could see, it is literally every time I am here.I WILL NOT be returning here again.
The staff is friendly and caring. Dr. Kontir is very thorough. I get excellent care here and highly recommend it to everyone.
Truly disappointed with how Stacey treats people. I got denied medical attention from her today all because she thought I lived out of state. I repeatedly told her I did not and I needed a follow up appointment, but she thinks she runs the place down there and told me I needed to find a new PCP.
I like this office because the Dr and staff, treat you like you mater, the Dr takes time and really listen to what you have to say,and make sure you understand everything. Keep up the good work! There's not many Doctors like this anymore, Thanks for understanding.
