Kimberly Hvozdik is absolutely a sweetheart along with the receptionists!
They are always on top of the care I need for my son. I have never had an issue getting refills, getting an appointment especially during this Covid 19 pandemic. The staff is always very cordial. The doctor and nurses are always listening to my concerns and offering professional advice and care. I definitely recommend them for patient care!
Need to have Doctor's on staff not CRNP's. Gary Butler wouldn't even fill the prescriptions that I already used to get from my previous PCP. I used to like Dr. Salopek. I don't think that seeing a CRNP is equivalent to seeing a real doctor.
Dr. Gary Butler and his staff are thoughtful thorough relatable and caring. They call you back immediately. They are open in this terrible time of pandemic but are also available for teleport visits. They are on our front lines and for that I am grateful. They just took my 77yr old dad on as a new patient where my other doc has been shut down since February with a staff of only 3. Why? Thank you Dr Butler and staff.
This office needs to stop harassing me!!! I haven't been there in 2 years and somehow I got a call from them today. They said the ER I was recently at notified them. I called the ER and they said they don't even have them on my record and never notified them. So this office literally got my personal medical info and phone number from somewhere *without my permission* and contacted me. Stay out of my personal and protected medical records!! I am livid.
