I was a new patient to the office. Doctor was very nice when I met her unfortunately the staff is lacking. I Was supposed to be scheduled for a biopsy with ultrasound. The office scheduled me at the absolutely wrong place & for the wrong procedure. So, the biopsy I had to have done ( which was VERY important) I couldn’t even get done. I have been a patient at Centerville Clinics for most of my life. The staff here do care about their patients. I am always treated with compassion and respect at my appointments. I would refer my family and friends to Centerville Clinics for their care. I am so thankful to have such caring Dr. and nurses to look after my medical needs. The staff is always so friendly and the facilities are always clean.
Dr Brown is pretty good, but I always have issues trying to contact the office. I can never get a hold of anyone there. I have tried for over 2 weeks to call in and get my thyroid meds refilled and no one answers the phone. I will be out in 3 days. I have to drive to the office just so I have my meds. I will be changing doctor.
Everyone (receptionist , nurse, Doctor) was friendly and informative. Every question was answered. I knew from the beginning that there might be a delay and the Doctor apologized as well as the nurse, but it really wasn't long and of no concern. I asked about a couple of immunizations required to visit with my Great Nephew and I was given them at the appointment. I am not one to like going to the Doctor but I am getting less nervous with each appointment.
The entire staff was so incredibly helpful! I manage a local pharmacy and they were absolutely amazing at getting my entire team scheduled for the covid vaccine. The process was quick and easy for everything from scheduling to administration to our follow up doses. Great work!
