When CBC stone was contracted to do shoreline maintenance and install a seawall, they have blatantly ignored orders and caused property damage to neighboring residencies. Alongside this, they also ignored orders to keep the small cove clear on a boating holiday and decided to drop their very large barge off at 4 pm on the Friday prior. The only reason I am writing this very negative review is because I feel as if it is the only recourse I can get after the entire neighborhood has been wronged by one ignorant company.

Andrew and Miguel with CBC were absolutely amazing to work with! The team was extremely professional, knowledgeable and upheld every commitment they made. The entire process was smooth from our initial design, permitting with Duke, construction of our lake retaining wall, dredging and punch list. We now have a beautiful, functional shoreline and cove. I’m wasn’t entirely impressed with the 2 hot rod dump trucks racing up highway 16 this evening. Being a large car operator myself, I wouldn’t normally complain. However, the tandem dump came over on me way too early and peppered the front end of my four wheeler with rocks. I will give it to you, that little Peterbilt looked like it ran pretty good. P.S. thanks for the fresh rock chips.
